"Really pleasant location and good rooms "
Hotel is situated with lovely views and scenery. Warm welcome and the lady on the desk was very friendly. Room was well equipped and luxurious. Spa facilities were nice but pool is pretty shallow, difficult to actually swim in. Steam room and sauna were great though. The addition of a hot tub/jacuzzi would be nice! Breakfast was great with a great selection of hot and cold food. Servers were great. We paid for the Late checkout when we booked through Expedia (14:00 check out). But went back to our room after a swim to find out keys no longer worked to our room (12:00). Went to reception where I spoke to a lady who appeared to be a manager. When I explained the keys didn't work she was quite abrupt stating it was past 12:00. I explained we had late checkout and she replied okay so 13:00. To which I explain it said 14:00 online. Which she did change it to but made us feel like we were inconveniencing them and at no point during the discussion did she say sorry or make an appologies. Which was quite disappointing and unprofessional. As someone who's worked in the industry, it would have been harder to not apologise in this situation which makes me feel she was quite rude.

"Good for business trips."
OK so a motorway services motel is not somewhere you would choose for a honeymoon but if your just looking for somewhere to lay your head when your away on business or heading for the channel tunnel then fine. Background noise yes but you can't say that was unexpected. What did surprise me though was the exceptional cleanliness of the rooms (and I did have a look at some of those places you would not normally look) and attention to detail. Staff all very friendly as well. So guys, someone needs a bit of praise here. Good job.

"Hilton, Maidstone"
The staff were very inviting. We were checked in very smoothly and quickly. The breakfast was really good and you had choices as well as 2nd's. We were able to just sit and chill in the reception or bar area. They even had colouring activities for the children to do. A very enjoyable stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

"Beautiful hotel, helpful staff, highly recommend"
If you are looking for a nice and quiet weekend in the countryside with some traditional food and beautiful surroundings, this place is just perfect. The hotel is beautiful, old fashioned homely sort of place with a pub/restaurant downstairs. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They will go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. For example my husband asked if there was a shop nearby where he could buy some fresh bananas. He expected to get the directions to the nearest corner shop and nothing more; but the staff actually got him some bananas the next morning (for no extra charge). They were very interested in what we liked/disliked. They were also very generous when we overslept the breakfast time and allowed us to take breakfast later. The staff take a personal approach to each guest; unlike the big corporate chains, which makes this place special. Unlike many hotels, they were not stinging on tea bags/coffee sachets/little milks in the room, we even got some biscuits. There was plenty of body shampoo/soap in the bathroom. Little things like this also helped to make our stay very pleasant and relaxing. All of that added up to a really great experience. The room was a little bit too warm but it was extremely hot outside and there was a fan inside. Highly recommend this hotel, it was just lovely. I will definitely come back again.

Maidstone is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Maidstone, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Maidstone hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
