The staff was nice and helpful

Friendly staff, very clean and a nice breakfast.

One of my best hotel experiences ever! I cannot say enough good things about our stay at the The Residence hotel in Johannesburg. On top of that, the 6-digit access code repeatedly malfunctioned when trying to exit the building and parking areas. It’s a great property, but management urgently needs a centralized communication system.

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was the highlight of our stat
