Very disappointing experience — I do not recommend this place. I had an extremely disappointing experience during my visit to El Salvador. From the moment I arrived, I felt that the customer service was very poor and that guests were not treated with the respect they deserve. My reservation was for 3:00 p.m. When I arrived, I was not allowed to enter as expected, and when I went to the main check-in office, I was told that I would have to pay an additional fee if I wanted to wait for my scheduled check-in time. When 3:00 p.m. arrived, I was then told that my room was not ready and that I would have to wait until approximately 4:30 p.m. This was extremely frustrating because I had reserved and paid for a specific check-in time, yet I lost approximately an hour and a half waiting for a room that should have been available. I also had a very poor experience with the front-desk staff. The customer service was lacking, and several employees appeared to be more focused on their cell phones than on assisting guests. When I raised my concerns, I felt that my reservation time was not properly acknowledged or respected by management. Unfortunately, the room itself was also disappointing. The hair dryer did not work, and the bathroom was in very poor condition and appeared to be of very low quality. Overall, the accommodations did not meet reasonable expectations for what I had paid. The food was also very low quality. The meals I was served were not properly prepared or presented.

Views are outstanding. This is a highend hotel were you fully relax and enjoy an excellent time. Staff ensures every detail is very well thought of and their hospitality make you feel very welcomed. Highly recommend if you are looking for a beautiful and safe location with fantastic view and desire to fully relax.
