"Beautiful hotel in a great location"
It doesn't get much better than this. A lovely hotel in a great location. It is a little on the pricey side but well worth the money. Staff, rooms, location, boat launch to the hotel...All of it was great.

Hotel Camino Real Tikal

"Beautiful views and sunsets"
A beautiful hotel but a little isolated. No walking trails so after you've seen Tikal there's not much to do except pool or beach. Nice lake and very clean water, food is ok. Rooms don't have as much "Mayan charm" as they could. I've stayed at Villa Maya which had some nice places to walk around and see birds etc, though food wasn't better I liked it better and recommend it over this hotel.

"It was close to Flores, however ....."
the hotel is on a very busy street. It is hard to walk along the road to and from the hotel and the noice from it continued all night. The day we were leaving the hotel staff offered a room to keep our suitcases in for the day.

"Part of the wilderness"
The bungalow we stayed at was extremely large and had a gorgeous cedar roof with furniture to match but lacked basic amenities to the point where it was difficult to be truly comfortable unless you brought everything yourself (e.g. a phone). However the fact that it was inside a national park allowed very easy access to the surrounding activities which were very fun (and cheap)

"Great Location"
We went to Flores and Tikal for four days and stayed two nights at this hotel. We got there and they had our rooms ready and the rooms were nice size and clean. We were on the street the first night and we like to leave our windows open, so it was a little noisy, but if we had closed the window and put on the A/C it would have been fine. The last night we stayed we had a lake view. Beautiful. People having fun until about 5:00, but again, we leave the windows open. All in all, if we go back to Flores, we will stay there again.

"Muy amable!!"
The staff were so nice to us... went above and beyond to help us! One of the nights of our stay my daughter threw up in the bed, and they sent a guy up to mop and change the sheets within minutes (boy did we give him a big tip! :)). And then the night after we had already checked out they let us hang out in the lobby with our two little kids until 8pm, since we were taking an overnight bus back to Antigua. And they drove us to the bus station and helped us unload our bags too.

"Beautiful nature lodge overlooking lagoon"
The hotel facility and setting is spectacular, with an eco chic plus arty vibe. The individual rooms are very private and there is a pervasive sense of tranquility set in the midst of the jungle, with the sounds of nature all around you. The restaurant is wonderful and there are lots of excursions and activities for the more ambitious. What really makes Las Lagunas special is the amazing staff -- friendly, professional, super helpful and knowledgeable. A wonderful place to stay!

Flores is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Flores, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Flores hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
