Location was perfect! Walkable to many sites and great restaurants. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was larger than expected, clean, and comfortable. Was pleasantly surprised as the rooms were reasonably priced, but was still comparable to to more expensive hotels. We will definitely stay here again.

Not as advertised. Room allotted was not as per my booking. 2 Single beds instead of King size bed. 32” TV instead of 55” TV. Room was extremely small. Had booked Premium room; another couple who had booked Normal room was allotted a bigger room. Different types of rooms determine what you pay for the room - not what you get for the rate!

Comfortable beds great black out shades. Nice shower with good water pressure. Friendly staff at the check in desk. Besides the small front desk a luggage storage room and a single elevator there is nothing else in the lobby.

Very convenient location, small room but comfortable and nicely decorated. Bed was very nice and so was the shower. Breakfast was good but standard buffet offerings. Great location with many restaurants and walkable to main attractions. Our complaint is mainly the room coffee maker did not work (we had two rooms and both of them didn't work). We had an early departure and staff was helpful calling the taxi and they offered us a box breakfast which was very nice. Extremely small lobby and nowhere to sit outside the rooms, but with nice weather it was not critical.

This hotel was perfectly located for our activities. It is walkable to multiple Metro stations in a safe area with so many tasty restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean. In case you are traveling with someone other than a family member, although there is a wall separating the main room from the bathroom, there was no door to provide privacy in the bathroom. We had a great stay and would choose this property again!

Overall, the hotel is clean and modern, and has an excellent location, near Callao, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Mercado San Miguel, and the Gran Via. You can walk to most things and are close to 3 metro stations. The staff was wonderful and immediately took care of every issue. But our room was tiny – just enough room for a king bed, a chair, small table, and two nightstands, no dressers. There’s a small closet, but the safe inside is at least 7 feet high, and we had no way of reaching it or seeing into it. There is an espresso maker, a hair dryer, and a large screen wall-mounted TV (which fortunately did get Netflix, Amazon, Apple, etc.), but not much else. There was no refrigerator, but when we asked, they brought one. So we had to keep an extra card key in the slot at all times in order to keep the power to the refrigerator on.The bathroom was functional but small, and had a glass door, which means that from the bedroom you can see and hear everything that goes on in the bathroom – no privacy. There is a hand shower and rain shower, but the hotel only provides shower gel and shampoo, no other bath amenities. The bathroom has no fan, and there is a motion-sensor light that you can’t turn off or adjust. It goes out while you’re sitting still on the toilet, and turns on any time you move, whether you want it on or not. The breakfast bar is nice – meats, cheeses, eggs, pastries, yogurt, fruit – but it can get extremely crowded, and you may need to wait to be seated.
