Easy check in/out. Friendly staff. Clean room with everything I needed. Excellent location to walk to many sites in the city. Excellent location next to a large train station. Enjoyed the rooftop bar, pool, and cafe. Would absolutely recommend

Loved my stay at The Social Hub Madrid. Such a cool space and concept. Felt so welcomed from the minute I walked in. Staff are so friendly and accomodating. The hub has everything you need, food, entertainment, rooftop bar and pool, cool spaces. It’s close to public transport, great running/walking areas, a shopping centre and the royal palace. Couldn’t recommend more.

Overall this was a perfectly located property close to the train station with accurate directions to reach The Social Hub. The room was spotless with a great shower and very comfortable bed. Highly recommend.

Great Value and Good Staff - Trendy

Friendly staff and great value. Only let downs were no toaster at breakfast for both days, just a sign saying out of order. Roof terrace and pool are great but the edge of the pool really needs cleaning. Recommended. Hope they sort those 2 things.

I like the price. It is worth for the price. I was in Salamanca and needed a place to stay for 12 hours since I was attending a concert in Madrid. So, this hotel fits with all the features I was looking for. It is chic, young people. I have to mention that Sebastian at the front desk was great. He helped me looking for an oven at 6 o'clock in the morning. Over all, I had such a great time there.
