Loved our stay in Madrid!

Great location! So close to all the major sites- Prado, Palicio Real, Parque Retiro! Nice size apartment. Lots of room to spread out. Only draw back was the bathroom was a little small and the shower leaked a bit. Beds were very comfy. Nice to have a kitchen for breakfast purposes. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Excellent Hotel in the Heart of the City!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the center of everything, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The room was spotlessly clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. What truly stood out was the staff, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed.

The hotel is close to everything. And Busses run all day and night to get around and enjoy the towns beautiful buildings and museums. Breakfast was pleantiful and delicous. Staff was very helpful and polite. I wish i couldve stayed longer.

The property is located in Gran Via, with access to many shops and restaurants. The room decor was very nice, breakfast was excellent, and staff was very attentive. I cannot rate the facilities favorably as the shower in the bedroom clogged on our first use. We informed of the situation but no one was available to come right away. The next day no one came, and we had to complain. We could not use the shower well during a couple of days! We asked to be informed about the time frame for the repair. No one called and instead someone showed up while we were having breakfast, unclogged the shower and left dirty towels all over the floor and dirt inside the shower. While the hotel eventually sent a maid to clean - the whole situation was handled very poorly. The night before leaving, the second bathroom in the unit began leaking from the roof. We asked to speak to the manager and she did not make herself available. Eventually we checked out and received a text offering a discount for the next stay. Unfortunately, this discount did not adequately compensate us for the lack of use of the shower. While the apt looks very nice and the staff is friendly, they have to do a better job of maintenance of their facilities.

The room is clean but outdated. There is minimal noise from outside. There is a rooftop bar but we cannot access it because it’s reserved for private party every night that we are there. We have to go to the hotel next to it for rooftop bar for the view.

This hotel is centrally located near the best tourist attractions and the metro is available right out the door for longer trips. The rooms have all the comforts of home. Highly recommend!

Family break

Family of 4 stayed for 2 night's in a one bedroom apt. Size was a little small but fine for 2 nights, would get the bigger apt if there longer. Location was excellent and staff at reception very helpful with early check in and late check-out. Pool on roof was excellent for the kids to cool off in, only down side was the rooftop bar booked out fully for both nights with no area for guests.
