Amazing hotel in a very convenient location on Gran Vía. The room was modern, spacious, and clean. Good breakfast exactly what you need. The hotel staff was the highlight of our stay, they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy during our entire stay. Bárbara at the front desk was a total star—friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful! A special shoutout to Javier and Marina, who were absolute gems. Thank you all! We’ll definitely be back!

The staff was amazing from Andrea, Barbara and Xavier at the front desk. Ismael who worked tirelessly during the overnight shift to find my airpods that were accidentally mixed up with the linens. He actually combed through the hotel’s dirty laundry to find my AirPods. I truly thought that they were lost and I was ready to buy another pair. The morning restaurant crew were also fantastic. They remembered our names, orders and special requests. I had the opportunity to meet one of the front desk managers who was equally as impressive. I cannot say enough about the staff, location and property. Every request was welcomed and accommodated with a smile and “of course, no problem”. All the information provided was so helpful and accurate. Whoever is at the helm, keep it up and appreciate your fantastic team.

Amazing property at an excellent location. We booked with half board and both breakfast and dinner options were great. Big shout out to Marina, from the breakfast crew. She took great care of us, extremely kind and nice. 5 star service. On the property conditions I did not give a 5 star because 1 out of the 2 guest elevators was down for our entire stay.

Brilliant location. Amazing staff. They are so nice and friendly and recommend where to go what to see and where to eat. Amazing amazing amazing. 10/10. What a brilliant location. So easy to walk to all the galleries and museums and parks and places of interest. We went to prado museum the park and 50 other places which I recommend to goto while your in Madrid. Specially to see Real Madrid play. What an excellent football stadium experience. The weather was very kind to us while our stay here with my family. And such a nice warm swimming pool on the roof. Must give praise to Anna there. She was so lovely and helpful. A truly great asset to smart rental. She is always smiling.

Loved the location. Wasn’t too keen on the lay out of the apartment. When the sofa bed was pulled out, it was difficult to see the tv. As others have mentioned, you also have to walk through the living area (where someone may be sleeping) to go to the bathroom. The kitchen facilities were excellent (should you choose to use these - we didn’t) washing machine, oven, dish washer, coffee machine and plenty of utensils. The weather didn’t permit us to use the pool area but we did go and take a look. We did notice some of the tiles around the pool looked uneven. That would have been a concern for me having a child. Overall, I liked the property and if the deal was right, I would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here! The front desk staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us, even after we checked out. The room was quiet, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was great. I would definitely stay here again.
