Hotel was very clean and rooms were nice. Hotel staff was extremely friendly. Only discomfort was that the rooms are not sound proof and there was construction going on just outside.

Best location, right in the heart of Puerta del Sol, shopping and restaurants at every corner. Small hotel, small rooms but comfortable. This is my second time staying at this hotel for it’s location. A+

This property is located in close proximity to Sol plaza which is best plaza in my opinion even better than Royal Plaza for liveliness. The street where the hotel is located in only for walking and therefore you will have to walk atleast 1-2 minutes to reach there or acess taxi/public transport. But that was not an inconvenience in anyway. We had amazing stay with really sweet and helpful staff who made our stay really comfortable. Room was clean and balcony with view of Sol plaza. It is so well located that we walked around everywhere and didn't need to take any transport other than for train station/airport. Would definitely recommend staying here.
