An excellent hotel in a brilliant location next to Retiro park. The hotel staff are polite and attentive. The breakfast has a great buffet with several options including asking the staff for cooked options. The room was extremely clean and was always made up well by the staff with fresh coffee and water. The only downside was sometimes it was noisy, but this was mainly due to building work in the area which was not the fault of the hotel.

Carlos was extremely helpful and nice at check-in. The room was great. We had a family suite on the 5th floor that has a rooftop patio. Didn't even know that when I booked it, but it was awesome. We ordered room service. Food was delivered in a timely manner and was delicious! The breakfast was even better. Highly recommend this place. It was a great way to end our trip to Spain.
