The property appears to be situated in a precarious location, and my experience at the hotel was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I noticed that the hotel had a rundown appearance, with visible construction work underway. This gave the place an overall feeling of neglect and disarray. Once in my room, I was greeted by a strong unpleasant odor that only diminished after I turned on the air conditioning. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired; both the walls and the bathroom were visibly dirty, which added to my discomfort during my stay. Originally, I requested a room with two beds, but the staff informed me that only a single-bed room was available, despite my reservation. This lack of consideration for my request was disappointing and added to my frustration. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. It does not measure up to the standards I have come to expect from other NH Properties. For a more enjoyable stay, I suggest looking for other accommodations and avoiding this establishment.

We only stayed one night to make it convenient to get to the airport the next morning. Only 10 minutes away from the airport. However, we were charged 47.25 EURO to get to the hotel from the train station. We thought that was a little expensive. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

This hotel is close to the airport and they provide free transportation to the airport. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel.

Asked about a bar to meet up with friends and we were told (on house phone) there was none- turned out when we went downstairs to ge the cab to meet friends elsewhere there was a bar tucked away behind the check in desk (unmanned). We had to move rooms as the one we were first given had no working AC - the maintenance guy was there in a flash but couldn't fix so we moved on eroom down (no biggie but still.. not a great experience. Overall I would say this is a very average hotel and with so many to choose around the airport - we won't be returning to this one. Front desk personnel very friendly and as helpful as they could be given the facility issues. What airport hotel has no bar for business folks to meet up in or friends to spend time outside their rooms....

It took 30 minutes to connect with the shuttle to the hotel and check-in was Handled efficiently given the crush of 15 guests trying to get keys to their rooms. We stayed in the annex adjacent to the restaurant and check-in area on the third floor, which was calm and quiet and work well rested for our flight out to the Canary Islands the rooms are smallish, but adequate for our needs as a transition point and would recommend it for that purpose. Staff was lovely.
