Emailed 1 week before to tell me that the Chamartín station is under construction which it was. This started before I booked and wasn’t noted anywhere. Nice service from the bar staff. Cleaner left to room open twice once they had enter. Probably won’t go back. Location is decent good for bowling and roller skating etc

It is not easy to find the entrance of the hotel due to the big train station and construction. The entrance is hidden. Breakfast was good, had a lot of options

We stayed at this hotel the night before an early train. It was perfect for our family of four and the breakfast was good. It’s definitely not in a touristy area, so not much to do around the hotel.

It felt like rundown college housing. The internet security was outdated so I was unable to connect (no internet). The room was too hot (no AC or control of it). Many things in the room were loose (no attention to detail). The two saving graces were proximity to the train station and the family room.
