I stayed here for one night. Although the room is a bit pricey like all the hotels in the area, it was worth it. Super clean, high ceilings, convenient with shops, restaurants and landmarks nearby. The reception staff were very nice and attentive.

Had a lovely stay and got a decently priced, last minute booking when I had just arrived in Madrid and my previous accommodation fell through. This hotel was more than enough with it’s amenities however I will say during my stay, there was parts of the hotel under construction that provided slight inconveniences, such as not having water in the shower or sinks for a few hours, power being temporarily cut off, painting the stairwells during busy hours. These aspects don’t take away from the fact I had a lovely stay with my partner, but a compensation for the inconveniences would have been appreciated!

I really like this hotel!!! It’s very well located, a couple of meters away from La Puerta del Sol. It has a very good breakfast menu; with a wide variety of Spanish and International dishes; besides the room has lighting options to fulfill your needs and I like the modern design of their bathroom… Summarizing: I just love it

The staff upgraded us to a king bed without asking but the best part of our stay was the staff. They were all incredibly helpful with anything we asked. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
