Unfortunately my son got a bad experience in this hotel. The lady who was charge of checking in was very rude at my son. My son arrived late and tired from a long trip from Oslo so he couldn’t remember the room number. She yelled at my son for not remembering the room number. Then later she accused my son of running away. Really? She treated my son like a criminal. I will say don’t stay in this hotel because they take advantages of solo younger tourists. If I could I would ask for a refund. This is not first time my son is staying in a hotel. I want my money back.

Praga Hotel, Madrid – Quick Preview We recently stayed at the Praga Hotel in Madrid, and overall, the ambience was very pleasant — quiet, safe, and comfortable. It felt like a good place to relax after a day of sightseeing. One thing to keep in mind: the hotel offers excursions through a third-party company. When I asked one of the hotel employees about an excursion, something felt off. She mentioned it was a 40-minute tour, but I knew it was supposed to be a full-day excursion. When I pointed this out, she seemed uncertain and said, "Oh, wait a minute," as if she wasn’t fully informed. That made me lose a bit of confidence in booking through them. So, if you plan to book tours, it might be better to verify details directly with the tour operators or look for alternative options.
