The location is great, exactly on the main street Grant Via, central location and the rooms are big and clean. Great service and best location!

The decor of the hotel is great. Rooms are nice and clean. Realize I am an American traveler so I have certain expectations. The bar is not comfortable or inviting. There is no coffee available (and you have to pay for it) before 7am- no coffee makers in the room. Well located however to see the sights. My comments may seem negative and don’t mean them to be- I just believe for a hotel of this caliber should be a bit better in the areas mentioned

The cleanliness, the attention given to the customers in a very professional way. The rooms were very nicely decorated and spacious with a safe in the room. You also had the control of the air conditioner unit in your room which makes it very confortable and convenient. The bathroom is modern and very nice! Beds are so comfortable! Great hotel experience!
