the staff are very kind and helpful. The location is in middle of nowhere. Not even one bakery nearby. Not close to ant mall or sightseeing or shopping. costs a lot and takes too long in traffic to use taxi. No other way to get to center of city or anywhere.

Nice hotel in a decent location, within walking distance of Chamartin Train station and Pio XII Metro. Room was a good size with a large exterior balcony and views over Madrid. Room sound insulation was good with no exterior noise, a/c was working well. Dining / breakfast room had a reasonable choice of evening meals. Buffet breakfast had a wide choice of items, sufficient to meet most guests needs. In my opinion, hotel is a bit pricey / expensive for its location. In summary, a good hotel within easy distance of public transport and a car park, recommended.

Great hotel, friendly staff, clean, quite, upscale and walkable to nearby food and grocery stores. The bus stop is right outside the hotel so that was very convenient. Breakfast was also very good and offered plenty of options. Highly recommend

We only stayed overnight, so we didn't get to explore the area. But we liked the proximity to and from the airport. Took less than 10 minutes at 8am from the hotel to the airport (MAD). Breakfast was excellent. There was plenty of fresh fruit. The best of all, there were churros and the chocolate to dip in. There was a toaster for them to be warm and crunchy. That alone made this hotel 5 stars.
