El hotel está muy bien , pero nunca, nunca coman en la cafetería.. la comida es congelada, de la que se compra en el súper y calentada en el micro, aunque el precio es de restaurante. No se engañen con la carta, la foto de la misma ni siquiera es del restaurante… el problema se solucionaría si el restaurante no cerrará a las 21:00, ahí si, el desayuno está muy bien, pero nunca alcanzamos a la cena por q recién llegábamos al hotel y ellos estaban cerrando. La cortesía en el hotel por parte de los funcionarios no tiene que envidiar nada a un 5 estrellas.

The staff was kind, friendly , and attentive, the room was spacious and clean , and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, very close to subway, walking distance to major landmarks of Madrid . The most negative part of this hotel is the shower, the water is either really hot or cold, I couldn't find the mid point with the temperature of the water in the shower. Other than that issue, the hotel has all the amenities and everything (touristy areas) is really close.

- front desk staff were welcoming - hotel is walking distance to many places - hotel is clean - AC is great - hotel has a good appearance - if you like to sleep on VERY VERY FIRM mattresses, then you will be ok. It wasn’t for us. - woke up to moving furniture almost every morning - I was able to hear the hallway conversations from my room very clearly, which it makes me think they were able to hear my conversations too - the bathroom soap bottles were empty upon our arrival - the bartender/server wasn’t too welcoming
