Too much garbage and cigarette buds outside the property in the planters. By late afternoon, there was lots of garbage from McDonalds and Taco Bell outside in the sitting area.

Nice big and clean room but for a 4 star hotel they should provide coffee in the room. The elevators were very slow so it took forever to just be able to go downstairs in the morning to get a coffee.

Well located

It’s a newly renovated room we had and very spacious for a family of 3. It’s next to Mac’s and Taco Bell. 2 minutes to local bakery and metro station.

Convenient for me, as have family nearby, but probs if not would stay closer to centre. However, the metro is right outside hotel, which is very good we used a lot and there are few nice coffee shops very close, which are good for breakfast. Overall, I like the location, its vibrant and transport good from here.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! Not far away from the old part of Madrid, good restaurants and shopping places near by. Building is new and cleaning service is great. I removed a star for two reasons, first, the towels were a little bit old 😔…Second, I had been in many four star hotels, so I am used to see magnificent breakfast options that are perfect for lunch or dinner, but this hotel only serves a continental breakfast which it is not bad, but it is ok for a three stars hotel.

Great location just steps from metro station, breakfast is great and staff is really kind. Rooms are outdated. You have to wait a long time to use the elevator, they only have one working.
