Many staff were excellent, including IT Support and others who worked hard, unsuccessfully, to connect our laptop with the TV or to enable non-terrestrial channels other than YouTube. Coffee with friends can only be taken in the freezing foyer, as not permitted in the restaurant. We endured two fire alarm evacuations, one at 8am, one early evening, both false alarms; the second was accompanied, scarily, by water cascading down both fire exits, necessitating us being moved to a different hotel.

The room was a good size and perfect. Maria checked me in who was great, she also checked me out. The entire staff were all wonderful and in a great mood at all times. The breakfast buffet was the best by far I ever experienced. The lady there unfortunately I don’t have her name was a pro. Always checking on everything and asking if you need anything. Her energy was amazing. You always felt so welcome coming back to the hotel. A truly first class experience.
