Clean good air conditioning and friendly staff, they held our luggage for us even though we were too early to check in and we went to go eat at a local restaurant for lunch with out having to haul it all over

LORENZO at the front desk reception helped us a lot. He advised us on transportations to Madrid as well as the best tourist travel pass to get. He also gave us a really nice room with a view and was always happy to answer any questions we had. Room was always cleaned and tidy. Hotel is about 10 minutes walk to Subway station and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants in the area. Highly recommended !!!

We'd like to commend Lorenzo (Reception) for all his help and assistance with transportation, he is always smiling and ready to help. Housekeeping does a wonderful job keeping our room clean all the time. Other staff at reception are also helpful. Thank you B&B Hotels for a wonderful 8 nights stay.
