This was nice for an easy access to airport hotel. Airport shuttle was prompt. Clean and comfortable. Nice pool for entertainment before our flight. There are no good restaurants near the hotel and the hotel restaurant was very limited so not good for picky kids. The room service was quick but the food was awful and they didn’t have any of items from their menu. So overall it was a fine stay but definitely be prepared for limited dining options.

Stay before flight

This hotel is just a few miles from the airport. It is very basic, but it was nice to have a family room where we could all stay together. We stayed one night before we flew out and it was adequate for everything we needed as well as being clean and having convenient parking.

Air conditioning didn’t work properly. Had to change to another room at midnight because we couldn’t sleep because of the heat. The new room didn’t cool enough also. The hotel has too many rooms for the common space, so it get too crowded.

We came in to Madrid on a late night flight and had to leave early the next morning. They made it super easy for us, arranging a cab and even giving us a packed breakfast to take to the bus station. Very very polite and kind multilingual staff and nice rooms.

It's a great hotel. Quiet, clean and very well kept. The mall close by is a great place to peruse around. The shuttle service also works great. I always stay either at Axor Feria or Barajas when I travel to Madrid but if I had to choose one, it would be Barajas.

I met my daughters for a weekend in Spain. We had a great time. We had to get our key reloaded, a few times for some reason, it was not working. We were on the 1st floor breakfast was decent. It was buffet style with even an awesome option to get an omelet made from yeah. The kitchen, we will stay again.

Our check-in was swift and friendly. Our room was exactly as described and pictured. Everything was comfortable, our only issue was that we had some important things to keep frozen, but the refrigerator was only able to keep our medicine slightly colder than room temperature. It didn’t cause any harm, but only because we were headed home the next day. We probably should have notified the staff of our issue, but timing as it were, it wasn’t a huge issue.

Everything was excellent. We are not fans of glass bathroom doors, since leaving any sort of light in the bath so you can find your way can also keep you awake. Otherwise we had a very comfortable stay.

We had a shuttle scheduled to take us to the airport at 7am. Due to a delay with Elevator we arrived at the lobby at 7:01 and the shuttle was gone. They had our names and knew that we had 4 people needing to catch a flight but didn't even spend 2 minutes to check. We ended up having to take a cab that didn't fit us all.

Breakfast poor for 18euros I made a reservation for airport bus during checkin but when the bus arrived very late 15mins they could not find my name in the list to take the trip to the airport Reception during checkout was rude when i asked about my bus reservation
