This Hotel has a very convenience location. It is close to museums, restaurants, bus, metro and train stations. The hotel staff was very friendly and requested a taxi for us every tome we needed one. I recommend it. Room were spacious.

We were under the impression that we would have air con given the advert for the rooms and hotel said it had air conditioning. However, upon entry to the room, it was boiling. We had a portable unit to use as the building landlord had not yet turned on the air con for the building, however it did not work. The reception just kept saying we have the portable unit so it’s fine but it was broken and only blew hot air. After two awful nights of no sleep, we complained again and the reception then came upstairs and agreed that it was broken and they would source a new machine. We then had two nights of okay sleep. It was a real shame that the hotel and Expedia both did not take any action sooner than two nights of no sleep, so we will not be staying here again. If we were under the impression there was no air con, then of course we would have been happier.

The apartment was great and clean, the area is very central and within walking distance of major attractions, only negative was garbage on the sidewalks, never saw that anywhere else in the city.

The Worst experience ever! Starting with broken head shower (couldn't take a shaower when arrived), the air conditioner is actually like a fan mode (not cool air ever), and the wrost part bed bugs. They changed us tooma and of course bed bugs every where. The second room had a non workong hair dryer. The cleaning ladies turn the "air conditioner" to fan, which means there is no air at all, in summer thisbis a no no, and more is you only have a fan The facilities need some work done. The front desk people try to help to some extend. They were not knowledgeable about the surroundings. I do not recommend this place at all. I won't come back.
