every detail of this property exudes economy and budget. A tiny room lacking in any warmth or character. A bed, TV and bathroom is what you get. Granted, that is sometimes all that is needed, but the economic furnishings were not reflected by the price. It was clean, but very basic. If I had paid full price for this room, I would have been a little disappointed.

Pleasant. Stay few things

It was excellent. The room was comfortable. The staff was polite, courteous and helpful. The only complaint I have is that the woman has a very bare minimum. So no microwave. There is a mini fridge cuz there's really no point in a mini fridge without a microwave. There's no cups, no coffee makers, no ice bucket. Not what you would expect from a Hilton. But definitely still a pleasant stay. One more thing I would say is that the shower had some discoloration in the corner. It wasn't black but they really should look at that before it becomes a mold issue

I loved staying at Tru by Hilton Madison West. I could not have asked for a better experience. My room was clean and quiet. It was a refuge from time on the road. I was traveling with my dog and he was warmly welcomed. I hope to stay here again in the future. Thanks for a great experience and shout out to Michelle at the front desk for being awesome!
