The property is a 2 star, the mattress was literally sunken in the middle, husband couldn't sleep all night, back was killing him by am. The room overlooked the pool and was very noisy until 11pm, dogs in rooms barked, 3am woke to dog barking, room was 1/4 mile fro. Elevator.

The hotel has gotten some new TVs, however mine was not hooked up to anything so I couldn't watch tv. The person working in the front desk, who is always lovely to me when I check in, did come to the room to try to figure it out, but was unsuccessful. There's also mold in the room.

Key Cards kept not working, had to get new key cards every day. Multiple rooms were apparently allowed to have dogs, which was very loud and distracting. Not very clean Breakfast space was not very large for the amount of people. Customer Service was often rude and dismissive. Will not be back.
