Nice but I Have Suggestions

The service provided by the front desk, cleaning service & maintenance workers was excellent! The problem was with the cleanliness of the bathroom and the towels/washcloths. The bathroom could have used some extra cleaning and the dingy looking towels should be discarded. Hotel management should invest in more towels & washcloths.

Bare bones hotel, housekeeping not good, empty tissue box, got in shower-shower gel bottle empty, no cups in room to take our medication, have to get cups off lobby. Bathroom sink was dirty around inside ledge of sink. Shower would only get lukewarm, not hot. After walking on floor barefoot, our feet were black! Breakfasr is only grab and go items. Thought we'd try a new hotel brand, we weren't impressed
