The room was not clean and I saw ants all over the bathtub. The water smells like its coming from some pond. Overall not a good experience at this hotel.

Overall, for the price we made it was alright. Stayed here for two nights. Check in was good, however checking out there was no one at the desk. The sheets still had hair, water smelled like rust and there was mold on the vents in the bathroom. I give it a 3/10.

First room we were given did not have any hot water. They however made it right and got us a different room after testing to make sure the hot water worked. But the second rooms hot water didn't get hot until about 10 minutes of running and then didn't stay warm for a full shower after that. A bit disappointed that I spent $63 and we could not even get two warm showers out of it after a very long day.

The room we were in needs serious updating. The water flowed orange when we first turned it on. A towel that was hung up clean, and ready to use was not clean. It had stuff on it. The seals on the door and the air conditioner were nonexistent. You can see straight outside. The bed was also hyper worn out and uncomfortable. You would sink/roll into the middle. It was cool that we got tickets to the water park for a day. But it was just that. It wasn’t for the duration of the stay. The waterpark was also so chlorinated that it made your eyes burn after 10 minutes. The trash cans in the room were so little that we couldn’t throw anything away after the first day. Overall the motel is one you book to just sleep in.

It was nice for the price but as soon as we walked into the room there was a mildew / bleach smell. Then we went to the pool and the bottom of it was gross. Taking a shower was a 30 minute wait as the water ran for it to be able to warm up and not be freezing cold. Finally, when we went to use the microwave it didn’t work, like no lights on at all. It was just broken.

Starlite is a great Budget motel. If you expect 4-5 stars then spend the money, go elsewhere & don't complain. It was clean (older motel of course), had working heat, and hot water. Lots of toiletries & towels provided. Read the fine print as it tells you that check-in is at a motel two driveways over. No big deal. Pet friendly for a fee. Conveniently close enough to the main strip without the downtown cost.

We stayed at the Starlite Budget Inn on 9-27/9-29. The room was $150 for 2 nights. It was an old room, but had everything we needed. There were 2 pools on the property to use, and they were both empty when we went. Nice warm pool! I had a lot of questions and check in and the hostess was happy to explain everything. You also get discounts at local restaurants and waterpark passes. It was a lovely experience! Rooms are outdated, sure. But the privacy and quiet was what I was really looking for. We really enjoyed ourselves!
