The hotel is very nice. The room is large and so is the bathroom. The lighting is great. Plenty of amenities including a keurig, microwave, large screen TV, large mirrors, pump soaps, shampoos, lotions, hair dryer. Bars in tub. Exceptionally clean. Small balcony is nice. We had a full pull out sofa and a king bed. Very comfortable. Cookies in the entranceway and breakfast is included. Staff made check in easy. All were very nice. Laundry basket in room is nice for laundry facilities. There were excellent restaurants within walking distance and the lighthouse, fort and Mackinac bridge were also right nearby. The ferry is close too. We would stay here again.

Great hotel. But there are no nice sidewalks to gey to the main drag. You have to walk under the highway and its pretty isolated so not nice. The other way to get to the bridge there are no sidewalks either the whole way so its not well designed. But the hotel itself is very nice. The room was good, the service was nice, the breakfast was good. Nice families.

Room located across Laundry machines that people were using early in the morning and late at night and was very noisy also the ice machine was there as well so at any time of the day people ran the ice machine which was noisy. Outside doors were left unlocked where Anybody could have wandered in off the street and I think they did to use the laundry machines!

Great stay, close to ferry

The location was great to head to Shepler’s ferry for Mackinac Island. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and a nice selection for breakfast. The only complaint, walls are thin and our room was next to the elevator and stairs. We heard every noise of people coming/going and hallway conversation.
