"Good Location"
The hotel is in an excellent position, just a 10 minute stroll from the Old Town Square. There are lots of restaurant's close by, and a huge shopping arcade. The breakfasts are lovely, there is plenty of choice both hot and cold. The omelettes are amazing. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We used the hop on hop off bus that the hotel recommended, we found it very interesting and a good way to get to see different parts of the city.

"Hotel with huge rooms in the middle of everything "
Walking distance to main train station / new town / old town which was perfect. Castle hill Is a little far from where hotel was located but nonetheless wasn't an issue. Complimentary welcome drink was a nice touch. Rooms were spacious with a small dining table. Hotel is located just 2 mins away from powder tower and municipal house. Metro is 3 mins away.

"Beautiful hotel with great breakfast"
My husband and I had a wonderful stay while in Prague. The hotel breakfast was wonderful and every staff member we encountered couldn't have been nicer! We were even able to buy public transit passes from the front desk which saved us time and energy. We loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

"Nice Art Nouveau hotel in good location."
I was in town for a conference with my wife, who was just along for the trip. The hotel was in a good location downtown and had some fabulous Art Nouveau architecture and decorative touches, especially in the dining hall and in the lobby. While a lot of these were from the original construction (about 150 years ago, although I've always felt that Art Nouveau and its cousin, Art Deco, were from the future) some were recent upgrades. For instance, the elevator, while seamlessly integrated, is from 2005. However, there were some (negative) quirks. For instance, there was only one key per room. While not a problem for a typical tourist family travelling together, or for a business person travelling alone, this was a nuisance for me and my wife as we had to leave and enter the room at different times (I had to go to the conference, she wanted to tour around on her own). The staff said they would let us in whenever necessary, but it was a nuisance. Secondly, the WiFi in the room was TERRIBLE. This signal strength was ok, but logging in took forever and the bandwidth was worse than dialup. It was just barely enough to send an email as long as I did not mind it taking 100x longer than necessary. Third, whoever decorated the lobby added a few touches, like neon signage, that were wildly out of place and jarring next to the classic Art Nouveau. Fourth, the rooms were a little small and weirdly laid out, and not as nice as the rest of the hotel (VERY strange art...)

"The hotel is on the outskirts of city centre"
The Hotel is situated on the outskirts of Prague with a steep road up to it. It has an excellent Tram service within 5 mins walk or if you are energetic a 20 minute walk into town but a bit of an uphill struggle on return. The trams run every few minutes and costs 24Kc single, one thing we learned when buying tickets buy for the the return journey as well. The hotel staff were very helpful and the breakfasts included in the price was excellent. For an evening meal with local cuisine and value for money is within 5 minutes walking.

"Very quiet!"
Getting to the hotel was a problem as the car i had booked with you was NOT at the airport. We had to wander round looking for the company & then had to wait well over an hour for it! I am not happy. Why bother booking & paying to be treated like this?

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Lysa nad Labem hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
