Check in was very smooth. The room was very clean and has a great shower. The cleaning service was superb. Really impressed with the breakfast, there was a great selection. Any staff we were in contact with were extremely helpful and friendly.

The staff were really friendly! I was in the only room on the main floor which was a nice room, but noisy as it was next to the restaurant Next Door, and instead of a real bed it was a murphy bed - would recommend asking for a room on one of the upper floors for this reason!

Art Deco Imperial Hotel
Wonderful staff, impeccable cleanliness. Enjoyed the use of the steam room and sauna. Cafe Imperial, where breakfast is served, is stunning. A real Art Nouveau gem. Room facilities were excellent, Rituals bathroom products topped up daily. Highly recommend.

Great hotel in a quiet location. 150 metres from Pancrac metro station which is 4 stops from the centre of Prague. Clean and spacious rooms. Melanie on reception was very helpful and all staff I met were friendly.
