First room was missing the desk chair and had extremely stained carpets with bad smell. We were given a second room which had even worse staining on carpet (vomit or animal urine) and privacy lock did not function. When we tried to reduce our 2-night booking, we were told that we could not due to third-party booking. Very disappointed in this stay and why we could not leave after such poor conditions of the rooms that we were assigned. Travelers' rights should be protected in circumstances like this to end booking contract due to unsafe and unsanitary conditions.

Dirty carpet and breakfast too expensive!

I know we should always wear some type of shoe in a hotel room...but I have never stayed at a hotel that I absolutely, under NO circumstances, would dare put a bare foot down on the filthiest carpet I have ever seen. The hallway to our room smelled...of course that smell had to be coming from the carpet. The carpet seriously needs to be replaced. The bed was comfortable and the room satisfactory. The fact that there was not a complimentary breakfast was also a deal breaker...we won't be back. The breakfast bar offered for $19.95 was extremely basic for that exorbitant price. The menu was less than special as well. With there being so many close by choices to have a nice breakfast that won't break the bank, it is obvious why we never saw too many people in the dining room.

The only convenience was having the option to dine in which made it nice. The bed was absolutely terrible and uncomfortable and the A/C units was noisy and loud! Also, not having a walk in shower, the tub was slippery and I almost fell! Terrible! The ice maker on the floor I was on was out of order and the hallways were stifling hot, no A/C. I will not be staying there again.

Not Hilton standards. Of the many things we were dissatisfied about, probably the most important, is that our door did not latch. Our very first (and last!) morning, we woke up to find a piece of trim had fallen off the wall. Later that day, when I went to report it, I discovered that our door was not latched. The door did not close and latch securely and we slept all night unsecuredand vulnerable, and returned from the day out to find our room unsecured. These are fire rated doors and required by code to close and latch drom a free swing open. Considering the fact that our room was left unsecure, and there were not two beds, as we were led to believe amd booked (just a pull out couch), we decided to check out and end our stay. We inquired about a refund for the night we were no longer staying for, and were put off by staff. We waited a week and management never called to follow up as promised, and Expedia has not followed up on our request we submitted online. Front desk clerk advised they could not refund because we booked through Expedia. Lessons: Thoroughly inspect every aspect of your room, even things you take for granted like the door closing and latching behind you. And I'll no longer book through Expedia because the desk clerk indicated they would be more likely and able to refund the night we were not staying, but since we booked through Expedia, they could not. Also room service never came, even after speaking ro them in the hallway and asking for fresh towels.

Great service. Basic clean nice room. I stayed because the show airport shuttle but was told that ended long ago but third party sites still show it. They were very nice and called a cab for me. Nice coffee bar and small restaurant. I didn't eat but it looked nice. Super friendly staff.
