The night manager that checked me in was great. The breakfast was meager. The upkeep was pretty bad yet I was able to take a bath without the water escaping. First bathing after four days at Mount Rainier and Mount Baker. Worked well to get cleaned up and organized.

Spacious kitchen and living room areas. Bedroom and couch w/hide a bed were very comfortable. Had a full-size refrigerator with ice and water in the door. Exceptionally clean and decorated with antique furniture that added to the charm. Also had a view of Birch Bay from our Lanai. Will definitely stay there again!

Didn’t expect the pool to be so small, but other than that everything was great!

Convenient location, clean room. floor to sealing window with great view. The restaurant food was great and the waitress were nice, but service is very slow. They need a little more training on how to efficiently handle multiple guests I called room service but no one answer. They did it call back either. I am sure they are short handed.

Older hotel, in area with lots of food choices in walking distance. Had a van to the cruise port for $10. per person. Was highly disappointed in the price charged. It was three times more than it should have been. I paid it for the location, but the hotel was not a place I would have normally paid such a high price. The pictures of the place were much better than the actual place.
