The staff were amazing! The AC in the room worked very well. The restaurant had delicious food, and the bartenders were very nice and friendly. If I ever find myself back in Luton, I will definitely stay here again. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful.

Good stay, convenient for the airport, about a 10 min walk. I was put in an adjoining room to start with but could hear every word of my neighbours so asked to swap. The receptionist kindly upgraded me to an executive room which was great.

I always stay at this hotel when travelling from the Luton Airport. Its very convenient and close to the airport. I often just walked to the airport - its not far at all. Hotel staff are really nice and friendly and try to help as much as they can which I really appreciate it.

only if a short night and early departure

needs to be refurbed - rooms are smelling , carpets are done, AC are not allways in good condition, elevator needs service . only the gym was clean and overall ok. the staff at the breakfast is realy friendly and serves all you wiches. the staff on the reception , time to time trainie or new, are not realy motivated or knows that the guest is the king.
