Couples Road trip to east coast

The accommodations was clean and the service was excellent. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The customer service was excellent.

The hotel location is good. However, the facility is old and not well maintained. The breakfast room is beautifully decorated. However, breakfast has less variety.

As I was travelling with seniors they accommodated us by giving us a ground floor room. It would have been nice to know in advance that the pool was not available do to remodeling. They need to provide outdoor ashtrays for people who smoke so the ground is not littered with butts.

We enjoyed our stay. Had a lovely dinner at La Casetta - highly recommend this restaurant but suggest making reservations. Food was absolutely delicious.

This is a very tired hotel. It definitely needs some maintenance. We were locked out of our room due to the battery needing to be replaced on the door lock. We were given attitude by the front desk lady because we had chained the inside door before we went out that afternoon. The guy who came to replace the battery was very kind and apologetic (possibly the owner/manager).
