Breakfast was at 7am instead of 6am as advertised. cost us an hour of planned traveling time. The indoor pool was out of order. An amenity lost. The shower was dirty and had hair in it.

The room and common area appears new and was very clean. The only issue we had is the thermostat was turned down to 65 overnight and the room stayed at 71 which was very uncomfortable for sleeping.

Clean room. Very comfortable bed. Easy check-in. Tub bottom somewhat slick - would have preferred non-slip. 1 of 2 elevators wasn’t working.

The window shade was inoperable due to it being a handicapped room. Alarm clock unable to correct time or set alarm. Asked at front desk about this and they were very snarky. Room was very dark inside due to poor lighting. They said they would give me a wake up call at 7:30am but did not receive it. This was my 3rd time staying here and it will be my last, The shade had holes and edges were ragged.
