I didn’t realize when I booked that they are a pet friendly hotel, that also hosts dog show participants. Our room smelled heavily of bleach. Although at first happy, thinking it was nice and clean, the smell didn’t dissipate, obviously covering something else. The bed was comfortable but the comforter was ripped. We had only one towel. We were exhausted so we didn’t contact the front desk. We should have asked for a new room right off the bat. Very disappointed because the rating for the room was 8.8 and the hotel was 8.4.

Checked in 1st Room with strong mildew odor and broken toilet. Informed front desk and given second room. Much better but furniture was torn and multiple stains on sofa chair. Black mildew noted on ac vents.

We were given 3 bath towels for 4 people and no sheets or blankets for the pull out sofa. When I asked for them I was told they didn’t have any and told me to take pool towels from outside. The pull out sofa smelled like urine. The AC wasnt working properly and the humidity in the room was so bad there was condensation on the walls. Absolutely awful.

Wife and I stayed in a suite with our 5 grandsons. Hotel is very clean and quiet. Safe location. It is located within walking distance of a number of eateries, with others at a close drive. Will definitely stay again.

Very good for a quick stop and stay off highway. Clean and comfortable, check in staff a little cold, unfriendly. The breakfast staff was fantastic. I would stay again as a stop over on 2 day trip.

This property looked nice on Expedia. It got really good reviews, but I’m thinking they were either AI generated, or maybe I got this hotel on a bad week. We checked in about 730pm, after driving 9 hours, and there were 4 people ahead of us checking in, and only 1 employee checking people in. After driving 9 hours, I just wanted to lay down. So after 20 min of waiting, I finally check in. I get to my room. This room sleeps 5. Maybe my fault for not double checking the reservation, but it lists 2 double beds, and a pull out couch. It is nearly impossible to fit 2 full sized adults on a double bed. 2 kids are fine. The couch was absolutely gross. There was a white stain on it, and someone had put some hair gel in their hair, and decided to rest their head on the cushion. It was gross. Being tired, I threw a sheet over it and dealt with it. The next morning I get up to take a shower, only to find a used bar of soap on top of the shampoo bottles that are attached to the wall. Again, gross. I probably will not stay here again. Ever.
