We had a nice stay at Ramada by Wyndham Kissimmee. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only issue was the bathtub, which wasn’t very clean and had a rubber anti-slip mark. The receptionist was friendly and upgraded us to a king bed, which we appreciated. We would stay again.

The room was in good condition, and we appreciated the cleanliness and the nice breakfast. However the HV/AC thermostat was not responding to the temperature set up. We set 72 degrees heating because it was 21 degrees outside and it heated up to 80. Then we covered it to 64 and it still heated up to 80. Then we set it to 63 and it was finally keeping the room a comfortable 72 degrees. It's not great to have to play with the setting all night instead of sleeping. Also, there was so much snow and ice in the parking lot and around the hotel. Seven days after the storm, and nobody cleaned the property. Every time we needed to take our dogs outside we were walking on ice and 5 inches snow

Room feel neglected, smells, dusty. About breacfast included: just some coffee was avalible from 6.20 a.m to 6.45 a.m. No hot breakfast, not AT ALL. Even jam was not available, just some butter. VERY poor service. But the stuff at the reception was very friendly: easy check-in, easy check out.

We travel up and down the east coast many times a year. Stayed in County Inn/Days Inn/Quality Inn... Now (this) Comfort Suite was clean, well maintained-Excellent for the price! Only two complains: The floor appears clean but it wasn't- see attached pictures. The tv remote was very hard to use. Other then that, we will definitely visit again from.bow on!!

The fitness center - the machines were all in an error status - there were free weights missing ie: only one 20lb weight - there was a bug in our hotel room - the hair dryer you had to hold in the plug at a certain angle for it to remain operational

The front desk agent working 3p-11p on Monday 1/12/26 needs SERIOUS training in customer service. She seemed very inconvenienced that I was checking in. She couldn’t be bothered to stop counting her cash drawer to help me. She told me I couldn’t check in because the card for incidentals wasn’t in my name (work trip, it was in my bosses name), gave me no other options until I called my wife (former hotel manager) and my wife mentioned a credit card authorization, she was even more inconvenienced by that. Once I got my boss on the phone she kept walking away from the front desk and disappearing. I understand it was near the end of her shift, but that shouldn’t change the quality of customer service. I will likely not return due to this experience. Rooms were clean, 7a-3p front desk agent was spectacular.

The staff who work there are very friendly, the lady who serves breakfast is a lovely person. But in my apartment there were cockroaches in the bathroom, the bedroom curtain had suspicious stains, and the sofa had a lot of dog hair on it.
