Really impressed with this hotel. It’s very clean, well-decorated, and modern throughout — I’m honestly not sure where some of the other negative comments online were coming from, as our experience was excellent from start to finish. Staff were polite and genuinely helpful the whole stay. Breakfast had a great selection to suit all needs. We didn’t try the evening meal so can’t comment on that, but everything else more than made up for it. We used the spa and the treatments were excellent value for money. The pool area was spotless and there were plenty of sun loungers available, so no issue finding a spot to relax. The gardens were beautiful, and there was lovely outside seating in the evenings too — a really nice touch for relaxing after dinner. Overall a great quality adults-only spa hotel — would happily stay again and have booked for next year.

Great hotel- super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet covered all tastes and although we only dined in one evening that meal was great- along with an excellent wine recommendation. The room & bathroom were cleaned daily with fresh towels. We loved our stay and if we return to the Algarve we will be staying here! Thank you!

Nice and clean room, basic and convenient. No room service wasn’t too great as we would’ve liked things sent up to us rather than having to go down. Breakfast was lovely and had a large variety, and absolutely brilliant breakfast staff - so accommodating and kind, I will never forget 2 of them especially, doing everything they could to make us feel comfortable. Balconies were great and offered a beautiful view

It was such a lovely stay. Very local and easy to access yet in the middle of nature, animals and absolute calm. Hosts were lovely and the highlight for us was the breakfast! Definitely recommend when in Olhao.

Excellent location, surroundings, amazing resort concept. Beautiful design blended with natural elements with lots of respect for the environment. Pine woods, sand dunes, natural vegetation all beautifully preserved and integrated. The beach itself is excellent. Proper deep sand, very clean water, very flat, excellent for children. The food in both restaurants including the beach club was very high quality.
