This was my 3rd trip to Jamaica, and I wanted to try something different from the expensive all inclusive resorts. After my experience here, I won't be booking resorts again. Getting a whole lot more bang for your buck with the villa booking. The property manager, Mr Davy, was very kind and attentive from the moment I landed, and stayed in touch even after I landed back home to make sure I made it back to my destination safely. He's always a quick whatsapp message or a phone call away if you need anything. The area is very quiet, and the villa was spotless. Highly recommend!

All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

The place was beautiful and Hugh. Loved that there was multiple options for restaurants and every where I went there was a bar. The food was great, loved the variety of options. The only issue I had was with the staff in the restaurants, the moment they realized my family and I were Jamaican, their attitude changed. We had to wait about 15-20 minutes for someone to attend to our table, at one point we went to the Buffett and got our food and sat down and no water was at the table, we started eating and was almost finish and no one still hadn’t attended to us. We had to go to the juice machine and serve our self. I had to call the manager over, told him what happened and he came with water and left, after that a server still hadn’t come. The bartenders were A1, they were friendly, attentive and super fun. The servers need alot of work, their attitudes and customers service needs improvement. Will love to attend again but the servers make me want to change my mind. The other thing is that the lines to the restaurants were always long, wether you were going for breakfast, lunch or dinner there was always a wait, we had to wait one night for over an hour before we got our table . That’s something management needs to work on, maybe extend and get more workers. But pools were great, loved the water slide and the rooms were clean and spacious.

Clean and family friendly

Clean house with ac in each room very cozy and private area great security and safe environment. Love the grocery store across the street good food. You would need to have a vehicle to enjoy it like I did, i rented a Kia. Nice pool and gym has new equipment being installed 👍
