If you 're tired of the same ole same ole all inclusive hotels that keep you in a little touristy bubble this is the way to go . Our experience here was the best we have has travelling to Jamaica. This is a house is located in a gated community within a community with real Jamaican neighbors. It was extremely quiet and private and besides a few people jogging in the mornings we hardly saw anyone. The neighbors we met at the pool were very friendly and warm. Beautiful community! The house itself was a three bedroom two bathroom home clean and nicely decorated. There's also a washing machine.AC in the bedrooms and lots of fans in the rest of the house. The only thing I would say is there is no front desk so read the instructions they send shortly before your stay and call or text via whats App if you need to get in touch. Communication can be a little slow since its not a 24hr desk setup so get in touch early to clarify anything. The caretaker were very accommodating to our requests and we will definitely stay here again.

All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

Property and room was beautiful, swim out room was great. Prestige check in staff was great (shout out to Ramone) However the food was not great, buffet was more hit than miss, they messed up the food on Jamaica night and we were in Jamaica, drinks portion were small and you had to ask staff for another drink (its all inclusive after all) Wait staff were not friendly especially at sugarcane and red snapper restaurant, some buffet staff were okay. Prestige restaurant was beautiful However the food was also not good, they had regular beef being passed off as steak. Sakura although food portion was small, the chef was entertaining and made our night but that's was all.

Very impressive and well kept property in a quiet gated community. We did not have a car, so organizing transportation was challenging, but the grocery store is only a 20 minute walk away (for those who enjoy walking). I did not rate it 5 stars because it was difficult to communicate with the property managers in advance. They finally contacted me the day before check in, and it was not obvious that I needed to pay a balance and deposit in cash US dollars upon arrival (most places accept credit card). We worked it out, but it did add a layer of unnecessary stress - they could have simply sent a message with the balance and instructions after booking so that travellers could be better prepared.

This stay was a lovely family weekend stay overall. The biggest issue for us was the buffet. It was average, repetitive, had no flow to the order (eg: no ketchup at kids nugget station/no milk by breakfast station) There was a lack of ice cream flavours and overall desserts for kids. However, the dinners at the restaurants were so good! Food, choice and service. Unfortunately families are not allowed to cross into the adult section and dine. Another minor issue we had. The adults are allowed to cross into our section and use up our family amenities like cabanas, and it makes our bar and food areas over crowded with a very different vibe at the entertainment pool…this is not uncommon for adult/family shared sites. Just a general remark we notice. Kids zone and splash park really good! Unfortunately our room had a drainage smell on the second day onwards from the toilet and shower, we reported but nothing was done so we just tried to manage it ourselves. It was a good and memorable stay overall. Staff are great.
