We had two rooms; they had obviously remodeled fairly recently. One of the rooms was fine; in the other, the tub was badly stained.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure both myself and my service dog were completely taken care of and comfortable. That level of true inclusivity and care means the world to a working dog handler. What made our trip even more special was how wonderfully the staff treated our children. They didn't just nod and smile-they engaged them in genuine, respectful, adult-like conversations that made our kids feel so valued and important. It's rare to find a hotel where every single family member feels this seen and cared for. We will absolutely be back!

Did not use air conditioning. Breakfast was practically non-existent. Lawn mower in the hallways. Cigarette smell throughout. It was so bad, we sacrificed one nights charge and left early. We would not recommend it to anyone to stay.

The front desk was nice. But the hotel is not as advertised. They stated hot breakfast everyday, but the cooke would only be there 3 days a week. They promise room service. It comes only every 4 days and when they come they DO NOT CLEAN, they juts replace towels. I complained 3-4x to the front desk, an dthen they cleaned a little bit but still just making the bed and taking out trash. theyre rarly vaccumed floors, cleaned sinks. And they did not tidy or organize your belongings at all. Not worth the money that quality inn charges.

Front desk staff was nice at first. when we got into our room it smelled disgusting. EVERY corner of the room had mice poop also found a couple dead bugs scattered around the floor including roaches. I’m sure the rest of the room had issues but after finding everything i did i could bring myself to check the rest of the room. when going back to the front desk the attendant didn’t believe us until we showed him pictures. i was 3 hours from home and couldn’t get a refund until 4 days later. i was luckily able to get a hotel elsewhere but the experience with suburban studios was horrendous. spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. Cheaper isn’t always better, you may be coming home with some tiny friends after staying here.
