Best choice in Louisville

The hotel is located in a quiet area near a exit of I 264 and not far from the airport. There are a gas station and some eating places just a couple of blocks away. Its rate is very reasonable.

Precious the front clerk was very pleasant. She loaned me her phone charger. Very welcoming even during nights. The breakfast was awesome. Hot and cold options. The only thing is the tea and coffee waters were luke warm everytime. Otherwise everything was awesome.

Looks good, can function better.

Positives: staff was very nice and courteous. Building has been updated. Security cameras in parking lot (was told they are working) Room was cleaned daily. Shower was hot, good water pressure. Negatives: Smell... like wet carpet. Water barely flowed at sink (dirty/clogged faucet screen?) AC barely worked (needs updated)

Front desk was very nice. Check-in/check-out was good. Breakfast was decent. I stayed 2 nights in Room 221. I wore my flip flops because the carpet was wet which meant there was high humidity. Not sure if the leak was from the sink inside the room. Seemed like maybe the shower or toilet could be leaking. Anyway, it obviously happened before I arrived. The carpet was even wet all the way over to the refrigerator, which didn't work. Cucumber soap was nice. Water was hot. Not enough covers on the bed.
