It was horrible.. they put us on the top floor next to a room that had two barking dogs all night and we didn’t arrive to the hotel till late so there was nothing we could do. It was horrible. The dogs kept waking us up all night.
Room smelled of smoke, suppose to be none smoking.! There was really bad mold in bathroom! Stain on sheets. Also the Coffee served at front was warm not hot.
Just wanted a cheap local hotel for the night should have paid the extra $10 for a red roof inn. Stayed here I was so exhausted I just wanted to sleep. First room the bed was covered in stains every layer of sheets had stains. Even the towels weren’t safe. The blinds broken and stained so I asked for another room. Blinds worked but the room was just a filthy. I found out over night that baby roaches were in the head board. The pictures on the site don’t even match what I got. Tried for a refund of course the location didn’t offer one and I knew they weren’t. Goes to show they are okay with the conditions of the rooms and don’t care about comfort. Just money, and plot twist the guest who stay there gave me all the horror stories so I feel bad for them. Wonderful people though. No one deserves to stay in a room like this I don’t care what the price is. Wants nice stay for a little bit more money red roof inn has never let me down.
Had planned to use the atm the description/site lists as available at the property for the 100 dollar deposit since using a card it takes several days at minimum to get it back and I’ve already paid enough for the room and the cash you get back upon check out. After I arrived they tell me the atm doesn’t work so my card had to be used. Then day of checkout well within a couple hours to the 11 o clock checkout time I went out for a cigarette and when I tried to comeback in the room to gather my things to begin checkout my card had already been deactivated and unprepared or properly ready had to walk all the way to the front to have it reactivated.
The sheets had blood on them and cigarette burns even though it said all rooms were non-smoking. Only two lights worked the one over the sink and mirror did not work. The shower did not work. The tub had no plug so we couldn’t even take a bath. They charged us $100 deposit which we have not received back yet. Luckily we had some of our own blankets with us because when we asked for clean sheets, they gave us one blanket for two queen size beds, and that blanket looked questionable
