Not the best places to fish off the bank but everything else great. It was very peaceful & quiet. Rooms in motel were clean & functional, internet worked, no issues with room. Plenty of room for personal space even in the public outdoor areas all around the shore of the lake. Plenty of shaded / sheltered outdoor places. The restaurant had really good food for reasonable prices. Overall my whole 3night stay went very smoothly. It was a better than average experience for a budget friendly resort.

This resort is off the beaten path and provides a lovely country experience. There is a lake with a dock and gazabo where you can sit and enjoy the peaceful scene. The room we stayed in was "dated" but clean. There's a restaurant on the property which was ok but nothing special. (No other dining options within walking distance.) It was quiet and a nice change from the busy hotels near highways. The only real downside was the ducks - their poop was everywhere.
