Very friendly staff and nice clean rooms. Well situated in Louisville. Cannot comment on breakfast as we never went to down for it. Only thing I’d say is that parking is pretty limited at the hotel, although there is added parking at the Y not too far away.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable bed. My rm 416 was very very tiny. Seemed like a maintenance closet was turned into a guest room. Other than that the stay was very accommodating.

In a desolate area. Small hotel. Rooms in the first floor look out on the sidewalk of a busy street. Ask for a higher floor. Understaffed. Restaurant was closed when I was there.

Breakfast restaurant was closed do to flood the first two days . Sewage smell in the lobby and bar. The last two days the restaurant was out of eggs and then no bacon or sausage. The roo m was not clealned the last day. The staff was trying hard, but there was a lack of management.

We were told we could check in a bit early and to go ahead and go to hotel. When we arrived we were told it would be a bit but the front desk would call when room was ready. I never got a call. We finally had to leave as we had somewhere to be. We when got back to hotel we were put In a room with a queen bed when my reservation clearly said king bed. We walked into the room abt uh was 84 degrees in our very small room. Then they also charged wrong amount.
