Nice hospitality!

Nice place! Super convenient to the highway. Appreciate the staff allowing our family to gather for social time in the lobby after attending my dad’s funeral. Comfy beds with super soft sheets too.

By the review, you know we enjoyed our stay. Room 103 needs to have some lubricant on the bathroom sink as the water handle is hard to move and a bit noisy to do so. The sliding bathroom door was new to us but works fine and does lock.

Nice, but…

The hotel is in prime location, next to the mall and plenty of restaurants. Our issue was the smell of pot in the lobby and on the elevator. The pool was nice and we had it to ourselves. The beds were comfortable. But then we were expecting the usual free breakfast. To our shock, it was NOT free and the buffet was $16. We decided to go to McDonalds instead.

they charged my card alot more than i was told at check in. they charge for seevice pets which i have never experienced before. They also charge you to park at the hotel and NONE of this is disclosed when checking in. So please be warned when you arrive, you'll be charged for random things without your concent. manager is unresponsive.

Paid a little too much I do believe.

I was a little surprised that for the amount I paid for the room that breakfast was not included. I was also surprised that I was expected to pay $2.oo a piece for the water bottles they left in the room for coffee. I also chose to stay at this particular hotel because they had an indoor pool. It was not working during our stay. Only one elevator was working, and considering all the rooms were sold out, it made waiting to get to and from our room around 20 minutes (waiting 10 leaving and waiting 10 returning.) Besides that, the room was clean so that's always a plus!
