My room was clean. The front desk lady was pleasant at explaining things. I like the versatility in staff. My only take away was the air freshener scent throughout was really strong. Other than that, location was great and stay was pleasant

Breakfast and staff were amazing! The rooms weren't disgusting. However there was weird brown gunk on the remote and the remote only worked to change channels and volume. The shower took at least 10 minutes to get warm enough to shower in.

Carpet was unclean. Sink didn’t drain. There is a gap between wall and door so light. And in and we heard every foot step and all the talking in the hallway. For over 400 a night it was pathetic!
