Beautiful resort! Great food, great service, and great room with a view! Staff were so friendly, and always working to keep the resort clean. I’ve already recommended to family and friends. Would definitely stay there again!!!

Phenomenal service in the Preferred Club (must go with that option). Landscaping meticulously maintained and room was very clean (and maintained daily). Resort is very safe! Resort located in gated community and resort has guard gate that verifies entrance of everyone. This was our second time to this Secrets property and we’ll be back again.

The property was gorgeous. My only issue was the insects in the room and surrounding the semi private pool. I’ve never stayed at a resort where I left with several mosquito bites. In the room there were ants on the bathroom counters and soaking tub.
