1. It was kind of loud in my part of the hotel, due to traffic very early in the mornings. 2. found a few stains on the wall of the bathroom and the sofa area of the room, very gross 3. upon arrival it took more than an hour for them to assign a room to us, my kids were very tired and wanted to lay down, but we all had to wait in the lobby, it was full of people in the same situation than us 4. for snacks and drinks you HAVE to request from a waiter, if you decide you wanna get up and order yourself you'll be in line for at least 20 min. in the kitchen area there was a very rude lady, they just dismissed my teenager because he didn't understand them and just didn't take his order, I witnessed the whole interaction and once I went and nicely asked why was his order not taken? she just said 'he walked away' 5. there was a misfunction with a light in the pool, my husband alerted the staff, they sent a maintenance person whom said, 'oh don't worry is only 120V" like it represents no danger 6. food was delicious, 7. kids camp give you a device toy alert you of when your kid is ready to leave the camp, very nice when they are open, which is not always

We had an amazing weeklong stay at Krystal Grand Resort in Los Cabos! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and beautiful safe surroundings. The views are absolutely stunning and the whole resort has a relaxed, tropical feel that made it easy to unwind. The food was excellent throughout our stay, with a variety of delicious options at every meal. Whether it was breakfast by the beach or dinner with an ocean breeze, every meal felt like a treat. What we truly appreciated, though, was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Gabriel and Omar, who went above and beyond to help us figure out last minute stuff and make our experience unforgettable. We love how they acknowledged their guests. Their kindness really stood out. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful and affordable getaway in Los Cabos. We’ll definitely be back!

Cheap liquor, the buffet is the only restaurant was decent. We ate at the steakhouse for the view! The rest was terrible. To be fared, the outdoor tacos night was good! You would think they’d replaced the bottles water in room, but no, we have to called every day’s.

Second time visiting. Family friendly and great for kids. Great experience. Staff were good, rooms were cleaned, pools were clean, Food was good overall. Would be nice to include evening shows and change buffet breakfast food menu occasionally. Poolside service was good, but they need to be more aware and ask every guess (dont ignore guests, next to others, looks really bad) if they need service, food or drinks.Activities team ( Urias, Francisco and all) did really good too! They tried really hard to keep it going with activities! Although they could use some help.
