The dinner options are limited. We stayed there for 6 nights and ate at the same dinner location various times. With limited locations to eat, most dinner locations had an average wait time of 30-45 minutes to be seated. They do not offer advance reservations. Although in various occasions when showing up to a restaurant we were asked if our name was on the list. So it appears that they do side reservations but do not advertise it.

I wish there were more time options for food availability. Everything seemed restricted with restaurants times for opening. I was disappointed with the Italian restaurant- short staffed and extremely rude. I asked for a water bottle at the lobby bar and said closed- it’s pretty sad we have to look for water at different locations. I had the privilege package and was honored 20 mins spa- lady at the spa declined me. It sad the communication is not within the computer set up.

The food options were amazing and delish— our favorite was the barefoot bar! The staff were all very friendly — they truly made our vacation special. Shoutout Jorge the bartender and the lovely kids club staff! The bed was insanely comfortable, I want to buy the pillows for my house. We can’t wait to go back!

Stayed here 4 nights, requested one day of housekeeping, room was not cleaned at all, only thing that was done, was the bed, no refills on anything (tissue, towels, toiletry items, etc.) that was disappointing. Title: A Fantastic Family Getaway — Especially Thanks to John from Entertainment! We just returned from an amazing stay at Dreams Los Cabos Suites Golf Resort & Spa, and I can confidently say this was one of our best family vacations yet. The food and accommodation were excellent — everything from the breakfast buffet to the specialty restaurants was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with stunning views and daily service that kept everything spotless and comfortable. What really made our stay memorable, though, was the incredible entertainment staff. Everyone was friendly, energetic, and genuinely engaged with the guests. A very special mention goes to John, who went above and beyond to ensure our 9-year-old son had the time of his life. From games and beach activities to poolside fun, John made our son feel included, excited, and happy every single day. Our son was genuinely heartbroken on the last day when he found out John was off — a sign of just how much of a positive impact John made on his experience. We didn’t get a chance to say goodbye in person, so we want to take this opportunity to thank John for everything he did for our family. Highly recommend Dreams Los Cabos for families looking for a fun, relaxing, and welcoming resort experience. We will definitely be returning!

If you don’t have your pool towel by 2pm, forget it. They only have enough towels to last until noon. They put a crying baby in the room next to ours. It’s not rocket science. Put families in one area of the hotel and couples/adults in the other. We woke up two mornings in a row to a screaming crying baby at 5:30am. Miserable!!
