We stayed at the property in August 2025, in a junior suite room with our 2 daughters (aged 10/13). The rooms are spacious and clean, the pools well maintained and location great but the big let down was the food/drinks. We arrived at around midday, in 35C weather and after a 20min check in process were told our room wouldn’t be ready for a few hours. No problem, we’ll change into our swimsuits and hang by the pool. They directed us to go change in the toilets (very small and busy space not conducive for suitcases and family changing) and we went to the pool The food served at the resort, as well as the drinks were bland and watered down. No seasoning, no salt and if you closed your eyes you could have been eating the same thing even if all orders were different. We finally got into our room to discover no water or soft drinks were provided and when queried was told “We would like to inform you that since the food and beverage department belongs to a third-party company, we are not able to provide complimentary items from it". We then had to go to the onsite store and buy water / soft drinks at $8 an item. For a 4 star hotel the minimum expected would be water in the room and good quality food. It had neither. A shame as the staff and property was lovely. We won’t go back or recommend to others

We had a great stay! Loved how close our room was to the smaller pool, gave us the opportunity to get away from the big pool if we wanted a quieter vibe. The big pool was also a lot of fun. Great pool service and overall a lovely property.

Family trip

Great stay with family and kids. Nice pools and convenient to beach. We’ve stayed in 2-bedroom pool view suite on ground floor. It’s great to have direct access to the pool and they have everything we needed in the kitchen. The only concern is that I feel itchy sleeping on the bed and my 4 yrs old daughter got some redness/ allergies on her arms and legs. Other than that, the bedding was comfy. I wish there were more dining options in the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Gorgeous property with great access to restaurants, bars, and more. Francia did our vacation club presentation and both my boyfriend and I were very confused and felt pressured which wasn’t great. Couldn’t find the adults only pool. Food at this resort was AMAZING.

My family enjoyed our stay at this resort. The room was fantastic. The pool was wonderful, the restaurants were very satisfying. The spa was great. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. I found the towels to be less than decent. They were pretty scratchy and after getting sunburned the last thing you want after a shower is course bath towels. Soft towels can really make a difference.

Parent died two days before our plannedstay.Tried multiple times to communicate with hotel In hopes of partial refund or a credit to use in distant future. Hotel won't even respond. Every company I've found has a decent policy when on is faced with unexpected loss. We were even Willing to prvide all "proof" needed. No response.
