We stayed in Chalet #11 with a beautiful view of the ocean. The grounds were lovely with numerous seating areas. The suite was beautiful and comfortable. We wanted to stay forever!!

I can't recommend enough the Amherst Shore Country Inn. The location is slightly off the beaten track but the coastline and surroundings are gorgeous and the property is lovely, making it well worth the effort to get there. The unit I stayed in was perfect for one or two people looking for a special getaway and the direct access to the beach was a huge bonus:))))

I loved that you can drive down or walk to the beach from your unit. The beach was equiped with chairs and table and also a gazebo. Very nice. The owner was very accomodating and pleasant. Everything was great! Thank you

This was an unexpected find close to pugwash which we needed. When we arrived , the owner was expecting us , showed us right to our room. What was unexpected was the property itself. Absolutely beautiful gardens with a walking trail , lovey pond , private beach. After our li g drive we lived walking down to the water in the beautiful setting. Would stay again for sure

Beautiful place for nice walks to the beach. Five stars on the meals, especially breakfast. Quiet room and very comfortable. The staff bent over backwards to be helpful. Loved the stay and hope to return next year!

This felt like a hidden gem. Peaceful and beautifully manicured property on the Ocean with many spots to sit comfortably and enjoy the view and serenity. Dined at the property and the meals were 5 star as well.

The house itself was very unique. It was almost like a Bed & Breakfast. The owner was very nice and friendly. The property around the house was beautiful and had a beautiful view of the ocean. In the morning she prepared a delicious breakfast of scones, blueberry pancakes, OJ, and coffee. It was wonderful.

This was a gem ! Mary was absolutely wonderful and made us feel right at home . We had dinner that was delicious . It was a three course , homemade meal with homemade bread and dessert . The breakfast was divine with homemade scones and blueberry pancakes and eggs . The rooms were clean and quant . We were able to walk down to the beach and enjoy the ocean . They even had a little gazebo and private beach . Very charming and lovely .
