I have done many, many reviews over the years and am always fair. On first arriving the property looked fine but then the issues started. We had not been informed in advance that there was noisy building work going to to extend the property. This made it impossible to sit quietly by the pool until after 4.30 in the afternoon. This totally spoiled the peace and quiet and our enjoyment. Instead we had to leave the resort during the day. When we went into the room the key did not operate. The safe buttons didn't work either. For the price this "resort" is very poor value for money. The bed quilt was crumpled and wrinkled and didn't look laundered. The bar next door is filthy and unhygenic so we needed to drive to find food. An isolated place like this should offer breakfast and it doesn't . I really can't recommend it.

I absolutley LOVE Limetree! My husband and I have been visiting for years and we always look forward to our next stay! The rooms are great, on and off the main property. The pools, beaches are delighful and just what you need to relax and enjoy your time! The location is great for relaxing and close to great places to eat. We love Lazy days!! See you soon Limetree!

We got the apartment off the main resort and it was definitely spacious, clean, and comfy with separate AC units for the living room and bedroom. Clean and well kept. The parking was hidden under a tree which needs to be have it's branches cut for easier access. The sofa bed is not really a bed, it's more of a futon.

Our stay was pretty darn good. The use of the kayaks was easy and fun! The only negative feedback I would have is the bed wasn't the best. The mattress was turned upside down and a foam pillow cover added to make it softer which was very odd.

Its a nice place with lots of potenial. The staff is friendly and the place is quiet and relaxing. A bar near the pool would improve the experience. Since people has to walk almost to the street to ask for a drink. Rennovations to fix that are in place, which is a plus. The rooms would need some updates too. The bathroom sink was poorly clean and a floor too. But rooms are very confortable, just need a little much to be perfect. We enjoyed our stay, best trip so far to the keys.

It was absolutely fantastic. We enjoyed the pool and the variety of activities included (bikes, paddleboards, kayaks), but what made it for us was the spectacular sunset view from our room. Practically speaking, assigned parking is the best! We also found the restaurant on-site to be good all-around— we enjoyed the convenience of take-out supper as well as a sit down breakfast. Thank you for a wonderful vacation☺️
