Hotel reservations process to get refund for triple charges was long, frustrating and unprofessional process. The finance team is still working to refund charges that they made without my authorization. Stay far away from this hotel.

We arrived a day late and I did let them know ahead of this and they accommodated this. Only issues were when we arrived and tried to check-in they said it was canceled, I called Expedia and they attempted to get receptionist on the phone, we gave it 10 minutes and reattempted to check-in and mysteriously they said "we're all good". Was a little disconcerting and the receptionist said my credit card didn't work which wasn't the case. This was the only problem

It was very convenient. It’s in the middle of everything and was easy to walk around or take the double decker bus to go around. It’s clean. There were 3 of us and had enough space.

Perfect hotel after a nine hour flight. Just a peaceful quiet sleep. Excellent location, great to get to all tourist attractions on foot. Many food options around we loved dirty bones. This is the place if you want a basic room and just need a good sleep.

Great for a base to sleep.

The room had everything you would need as a place to lay your head over night. For me the mattress could have been of better quality, could feel my parents every move all night, but it was comfortable enough for a one nights sleep.

More like an elevated hostel. The location is amazing. The hotel was not as clean as I’d like, though. Our bathroom also had no body wash for 2 days, and it only got refilled after I asked 3 times. They did bring plenty of towels but did not check and refill the soap when doing so.

Central hotel, spacious room - only one downside.

Check in and out was quick, staff were friendly, room was spacious and clean. The hotel is central and you are a stone's throw away from Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, Soho, Chinatown etc. The only thing that made it uncomfortable was there was a gap in the toilet door so others could see/hear everything from the toilet, you could see through the privacy screen and there was a gap, above, below and an actual gap in the door so if someone else was getting ready outside near the mirror, they could see you on the toilet! If you're not bothered about privacy whilst using the toilet, it's fine but if you are, just to warn you, it's mortifying.

Clean room in accessible location with lots of dinning, entertainment and public transportation nearby. Bathroom really needs a shelf; nowhere to place toiletries or change of clothes and water from shower splashed everywhere (typical in Europe). Other than that it was great!
